In addition to one-on-one coaching, I am also an ICF certified team coach. Coaching a team uses a different set of skills because I am coaching a system instead of an individual. I use a best practice methodology and assessment tool to create a starting point for the team to understand where they are thriving and where they need to focus and gain traction in order to achieve their desired results.
